Hula Hula has probably the greatest permanent karaoke setup in Seattle. A good-sized stage, terrific sound, great screens that are positioned just right, and even some crazy effects (fog, lights, etc.) make it a pretty badass place to sing a song or two.
They do have some unusual rules about how their rotation works, and while it's all designed to be as fair as possible, it always just feels to me like I don't get to sing very much.
It's a good place, overall. One of my top five Seattle venues, easily.
